Founder and Chairwoman of D’Sago Group, Mdm. Duong began her career in 1978 as a garment worker at Nha Be Garment Corporation (NBC). Through exceptional dedication, expertise, and leadership, she rose through the ranks to become Chairwoman of the Board and General Director of NBC.
Her distinguished career continued with senior leadership positions, including Deputy General Director and Chairwoman of the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex). From 2013 to 2022, she led the establishment and development of APIC Group, further strengthening her reputation as a visionary business leader.
Today, Ms. Duong continues to lead D’Sago AMG with the same passion and commitment, driving sustainable growth while upholding the company’s core values of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
